威斯特-混凝土密封固化剂

威斯特历史悠久

使用维护

刚完工1-3个月经常水清洗水清洗，加速反应过程。 每周至少2次整体地面清洁。 避免碱性清洗剂的使用。 油污和化学污染品及时清除，否则可能会留下痕迹。

1.打磨基面：用专业打磨机采用100目树脂磨碟进行全面打磨(可以用清水进行湿处理后打磨 )，露出混凝土清洁新鲜的表面。

目的：清除原有地面垃圾、灰尘、浮浆，打开原有地面表面更多的毛细孔，以利混凝土密封 固化剂更多、更好地渗入地面

2.清理基面：将打磨产生的污垢清理干净，如果地面打磨采用的水磨，积水需全部清理干净 。

（不方便排水的环境需采用吸水机进行吸水。）

3.喷洒材料：用“威斯特”混凝土密封固化剂，均匀喷洒于打磨处理后的地面(每平方用量 ：0.1kg-0.2kg)，充分反应8-12小时。

目的：为了混凝土密封固化剂更充分地渗入地面，进行更充分地反应，时间掌握上应根据地 面的吸收率为依据。

4.清洗基面：用明水湿润地面2个小时左右，然后将明水全部清除， 自然干燥12小时以上。

目的：利用水的渗透能力让材料进一步渗透反应，反应完成后将表面的残留物质清理干净。

5.初步抛光：待地面完全干燥后，进行地面抛光工作，首先使用300目环氧树脂专业打磨机 进行全面打磨(2-3遍)，对整体基面进行初步抛光。

6、全面抛光：用500-1000目环氧树脂专业打磨机进行全面精磨(2-3遍)，对整体基面进行全 面抛光。

DESCRIPTION
Clear, odorless, non-toxic, non-combustible, non-flammable. Contains no VOCs.
USES
New or old concrete, heavyweight concrete block, exposed aggregate and other sand/aggregate portland cement combinations. Rough or smooth surfaces.
FUNCTIONS
Densifies, dustproofs, hardens and cures. Protects against dusting, pitting, spalling, efflorescence and surface crazing. Inhibits freeze/thaw deterioration.

STORAGE LIFE
Indefinite. Agitate before use.
APPLICATION
Only one permanent application is required. Apply with high-volume, low-pressure sprayer until flood coat is achieved. Work material into the surface with fine-bristled brooms, or with an auto scrubber. Keep the entire surface wet with for 8-12 hours. Then flush completely with water and squeegee dry or vacuum excess with an automatic scrubber.

COVERAGE
Approximately 200 ft2/gal (5 m2/L).
Coverage may depend on the temperature and porosity of the concrete.
SURFACE APPEARANCE
On smooth troweled concrete, a sheen develops within 4-12 months. All other surfaces retain their natural appearance. The sheen can be accelerated by burnishing the floor. A spiff coat can also be used to enhance the initial sheen.
EQUIPMENT CLEAN-UP
Use soap and water before the VOSTRO dries.
DRYING TIME
One (1) to three (3) hours. The surface may be used as soon as the application is complete and the surface is dry to the touch. Newly placed concrete requires the normal hardening period.
TEMPERATURE LIMITS
Apply in temperatures up to 115°F (46°C) or as low as 35°F (1.7°C) and protect from freezing for a period of six (6) days.
PAINTING Allow at least seven (7) drying days before applying paint on existing concrete.
Allow twenty-eight (28) days for proper curing before painting new concrete.

NOTES
Apply to colored concrete only after the slab is fully cured, unless installed by a factory certified applicator.
Do not allow to dry on finished surfaces (glass, aluminum, stainless steel, walls, etc.) as permanent etching may occur.
The VOSTRO may not prevent deterioration of floor slabs on which salts from ice melt are allowed to accumulate, especially when the floor is exposed to frequent wet/dry cycles.
Although the VOSTRO provides a dense concrete surface, it cannot in all cases prevent the migration of moisture vapor from beneath a floor slab. In conditions of high vapor drive, salts and other inorganics may still be deposited on concrete floor surfaces treated with the VOSTRO, especially when no vapor barrier has been installed beneath the slab.
